Balance Step EPP

The Balance-Step is designed to perform the classic Step exercises, together with those of a balance. Its versatile functionality is possible thanks to the configuration of its triple section.
Under the main platform there could rest two kinds of supports. One is a rigid ring with a socket joint which could be stacked with several levels. The second is a cylinder topped by a spherical dome which is inflated with air pressure. Thanks to the combination of the base with the two supports the possibilities for physical exercises multiply exponentially.
The realization of all these pieces is designed for pvc rotational molding techniques.
There are two fabrication techniques involved. On the one hand the rigid parts are made with EPP injection (expanded polypropylene). On the other we have the piece made of pvc in rotational molding and inflated with air pressure.
