2. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to, browsing of and use of the RUIZ ESQUIROZ website (hereinafter, ‘the Website’), as well as the liabilities arising from the use of its content (where ‘content’ is understood to mean texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property). Furthermore, ‘User’ is defined as any person who accesses, browses or uses the services and activities, whether free of charge or for a fee, provided on the Website.
It shall be understood that the User’s access to or mere use of the Website implies their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions published from time to time. Consequently, the User is invited to read these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are not intended to regulate any contractual aspects relating to the provision by RUIZ ESQUIROZ of its specific services, but are limited to providing the legal framework for the use of and access to the Website.

Any information provided by the User via the Website – for example, in the ‘Contact’ section – that contains personal data shall be subject to our Privacy Policy. With regard to the information provided by the User, the User shall be responsible for ensuring that such information is accurate, complete and truthful.

4. Rights and Ownership of RUIZ ESQUIROZ
RUIZ ESQUIROZ is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website, including the domain name and all content available through it. RUIZ ESQUIROZ manages the Website diligently and therefore endeavours at all times to ensure that the information provided regarding all the services it offers is complete and accurate, keeping it up to date at all times. Furthermore, RUIZ ESQUIROZ will do its utmost to ensure the continuity of the service and the functioning of the Website. However, to the extent permitted by law, RUIZ ESQUIROZ may terminate, suspend or interrupt access to the Website’s content at any time and without prior notice, without the User being entitled to claim any compensation, whether due to technical difficulties or maintenance.
8. Declaration of Nullity
Should any provision(s) set out in these Terms and Conditions be declared null and void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9. Governing Law. Competent Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any other regulations issued by a competent authority in relation to the Website.
Any dispute between the User and RUIZ ESQUIROZ regarding the validity and enforceability of any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in court, in accordance with the rules on jurisdiction set out in the applicable legislation.
