2. Purposes of Processing
The personal data you provide through our website or any other means made available to you may be processed for the following purposes:
To assess your suitability for employment in relation to the position applied for, as well as future opportunities that may become available.

3. Data Retention Criteria
- Applications to programs and projects organized or managed by RUIZESQUIROZ: personal data collected in this way will be retained for the duration of the relevant program or project. Once this period has ended, personal data will be retained by RUIZESQUIROZ where liabilities may arise involving RUIZESQUIROZ and/or other parties participating in the relevant program or project, as well as where required by the regulatory framework applicable to RUIZESQUIROZ.
- Contracts, agreements, or arrangements entered into with RUIZESQUIROZ: personal data provided under such contracts, agreements, or arrangements will be retained until their execution has been completed. Subsequently, personal data will be retained where liabilities may arise involving RUIZESQUIROZ and/or in compliance with other regulatory frameworks applicable to RUIZESQUIROZ or legal provisions requiring their retention.
- Curriculum Vitae Management: as a general rule, RUIZESQUIROZ will retain your Curriculum Vitae for a maximum period of one year. Upon expiration of this period, it will be automatically destroyed in compliance with the principle of data quality.

5. Recipients
The data will be communicated to the Human Resources Department, acting as the data processor, located at Avenida Tío Pepe 2, Apex 5-2, 11407 Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, and with the email address info@ruizesquiroz.com. Data may also be shared with Public Administrations and other Public Bodies where required by law or court order.
No international transfers of data to third countries will be carried out.
Likewise, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties with whom a contract has been entered into setting out the obligations and responsibilities they assume regarding the processing of data in their capacity as Data Processors.

Personal data is obtained directly from the data subjects and from our collaborators.
