New headquarters for CODEPA

The CODEPA headquarters project transforms a semi-buried, low-ceiling space into a bright, flexible, and efficient environment by using natural light, light-colored and transparent materials, and the exposure of the ceiling’s reticular structure. The program is organized into administrative and public areas with separate entrances, relying on modular elements, movable partitions, and exposed services to reduce costs, simplify maintenance, and enhance versatility. Conceptually, the design is based on an anthropocentric horizontal symmetry, articulated in three layers, rational structure, spatial filters, and human scale, that integrate technique, space, and care for the human body.
