TANGRAM. 39 affordable housing units

The architectural proposal, inspired by the Tangram, organizes 39 dwellings within an L-shaped volume that combines geometric clarity, spatial efficiency, and urban integration. The homes are arranged in two distinct wings that promote cross ventilation, optimal sunlight exposure, and minimal internal circulation, with a band-based layout that enhances flexibility and comfort. The project engages with the public square through a composition of triangular and orthogonal forms that reinforce its identity, highlighting the cantilevered corner as a singular feature. The incorporation of high-performance passive energy strategies, together with the capacity to adapt to different family models and accessibility needs, results in asustainable, flexible, and high-quality architectural proposal.
